Bottomless

Some of us go through life looking for that

New car smell of a different person

Lost in an idea

Tripped over by reason

Held hostage to circumstance

There will be collateral damage

You will try to not let that affect you

For perfections flaws are fresh breath’s

Life is for the living and I feel like I am

Scraping for change for a coffee

A reason

Light

Fades

Through time

Timelines are not on my side for it is easy to do nothing

When you dust your pants off and try again

Is when you realize there really is no bottom except for the one you create
